Schmidt Mechanical customer service Thank you Schmidt Mechanical for your awesome customer service. Our air conditioner was not cooling. We called for a service visit and was told it take a few hours but, they came in an hour! Our Tech was Cody. He was very personable, friendly, professional and skilled. Top Notch Company Very pleased with overall service. Jared and Ward came to the house to inspect our system as requested. We knew there was problems with it (1984 home), we just didn't know what was needed. They opened up our walls and exposed the ducting which had been tore up by raccoons. We ended up replacing our whole system and ducting...huge job in an old house!! Like Siskel and Ebert 2 thumbs up! I have now made calling Schmidt Mechanical an annual event to check out my hvac. Cody is the most recent tech to throughly check out my system. I am glad to say Cody didn't even have to add any freon. He is very conscience and respectful to his customers, and his company. He wore his face mask the whole time even though no one was standing around him.

The technician that serviced my AC unit was very friendly, knowledgeable and had a pleasant attitude. His recommendation was on point because the previous technicians also recommended the same service. He also figured why our rooms had been hot. I really appreciate my technician. Always exceptional We had Schmidt Mechanical group come out to service our main unit. As always they were extremely professional and arrived within the pre agreed time. They completed the repair quickly without any issues. We have been using Schmidt for at least 9 nine year and have never had any problems. We highly recommend their services.

Very Pleased! Very pleased with the installation of the new unit. Very professional! I am very happy with the service provided by Schmidt Mechanical Group. From the first visit to discuss our needs to the final installation, everyone was professional. We got a new unite that fit our budget and more importantly to fit our needs for South Texas heat! The installation crew was great and after they left there was no mess or signs that a work crew had been there and worked hard all day, we ended with just a cool house! Thank you!

Schmidt accepted a commercial job no one else would touch Church of the Good Shepherd in Schertz wanted to replace their aging AC system but due to the complexity of the original installation, other companies were reluctant to accept the job. Schmidt figured out a way to replace all the units completely and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC work.
