Awesome service- even on an emergency call! My Central AC went out around 6pm on a hot June evening, Rusty came out and had the problem solved within 1.5 hours. Very friendly and professional!

EXCELLENT!!!!!! Schmidt Mechanical is the best, especially, Rusty. The first time Rusty came out, he was friendly and professional. Rusty showed me my AC system and everything he was doing as part of the maintenance . He was patient and explained everything to me step by step. He gave us tips that no other AC company ever told us. I really appreciated that, so for my next maintenance appointment , guess what.... I asked specifically for RUSTY. I really appreciated Rusty's honesty as well. HE IS THE BEST.

Excellent service and commitment to solving customer HVAC problems I contacted Schmidt Mechanical to do a job another company had left unfinished. Not only did they complete the work they fixed an intermittent problem I had been having with my HVAC system for about a year. Many thanks to Rusty and Keith for their perseverance. Great job! Susan is a great receptionist also!!

Awesome John was the technician who came to my house, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended a few things, and I did not break the bank. It was a routine tune up, but this was my first time using the company. I'd highly recommend service with Schmidt, and I'm now going to use them as my routine service!

Technicians and Expertise The whole crew has been absolutely incredible! From Susan who answers the phone and gets things moving and is always a delight to talk with to Rusty and Albert who discovered and reported the problem......they even wore the shoe covers over floors that were covered in paint and debris and soon to be replaced! Very nice, and polite person. Checked air-condition system in a professional manner. Air condition tech arrived at the scheduled time and date. Checked inside and outside unit thoroughly. His paper work was legible. He explained what was checked in manner I could understand. I would recommend him to check other customer's air-condition system.
