Quick and efficient! The worker from Schmidt was very professional and courteous with my whole family. He clearly knew what he was doing and he quickly recognized the issue with my A/C system. He made some good recommendations about possible solutions and then he took care of the problem in a quick fashion.

Did what we needed them to do We got a simple annual checkup from Schmidt Mechanical Group as part of our routine maintenance plan. The representative was helpful and did what we needed. He offered some additional recommendations for what I would need to improve the system. We weren't ready to make any changes at the time, but he left the information for us. He did his job, and I'd call them again if we needed anything.

Top notch from start to finish Schmidt Mechanical was recommended to us was by our son and daughter-in-law. Rusty Cain responded to our call for help. The overflow pan in the attic had rusted through and water was leaking through the ceiling. Great John came out to service my A/C system and he found a potential problem with one of the capacitors. He had one with him in his truck and he quickly replaced it for me. Great Service!
