Had a hard time receiving the docusign from Mellisa, and it made me feel very uncomfortable.as if I didn’t know what I was doing but when Lisa sent it to me I had no problem receiving it and everything was taken care of. Figure that out. I’m insulted.
I cannot get into my documents and statements on my account. It brings up another sign-on page which will not accept my correct information. Because the individual could not see that on their side there was no solution.
