Dr. Rai and his staff were amazing. Dr. Rai took my pain seriously and he was very kind. He even checked on me the next day. He reassured me that all went well and I would be feeling better soon. He is the only Dr. that has ever told me that I would be put on a waiting list and actually called me before my scheduled appointment. His kindness and respect he showed toward me, I will be forever grateful. He actually cares and it shows. Thank you Dr. Rai and your caring staff.
Rai Oral Surgery was the best experience our son could have had when getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed. They were straightforward, compassionate, thorough and patient. The Dr and assistants treated our 20 year old like the adult he is while ensuring I had all my questions and concerns addressed as well. The Dr even made a follow up call to ensure he was recovering well. Highly recommended!
Dr. Rai is absolutely fantastic very caring kind and made my son feel very safe getting his wisdom teeth taken out and my son was very nervous . The staff was professional and caring as well as very knowledgeable. The Dr and staff treats you as an individual not just another patient. I will definitely refer them to others.
