The staff are very professional and kind. Dr Rai answered all of my questions and took great care of me. Nurse Michelle also went above and beyond explaining the procedures.
Dr. RAI AND STAFF ARE EXTREMELY WARM AND CARING. DR. RAI IS A VERY SKILLED ORAL SURGEON. HAD TWO OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPERIENCE SURGERY PERFORMED BY DR. RAI, AND BOTH WENT EXCELLENT. DR. RAI EXPLAINS HIS CONCERNS AND TAKES THE CAUTION NECESSARY TO MAKE CERTAIN ALL GOES SAFELY AND WELL. LOVE DR. RAI AND HIS VERY CARING SKILLED STAFF. THANK YOU.
EXCELLENT respect and care from initial phone call to make appointment, to initial office visit, to consultation, to actual extracting of tooth. Dr. Rai is so comforting and kept me abreast each step of the way during the procedure. When he said, "it's out", I couldn't believe him!!! It's been a week and I have had no problems. His office called to make sure all was well. Way to go Dr. Rai and staff!!
Dr Rai and his staff were awesome from my first visit taking care of my initial pain, to the surgery. As a person that is very apprehensive about having dental work done, I would recommend Dr.Rai 100%.
