RecommendedRainbow deserves at least 10 stars. They worked with our Girl Scout Troop to help us achieve our goal of purchasing a new playset for the church we meet at. Patrick was awesome and helped us decide on the perfect set for our unique backyard. They got to us as fast as they could in a very busy time for them and then Chris and Patrick had us up and playing in a few hours. Awesome equipment and customer service, highly recommend them!
My biggest regret is not buying a set from Rainbow last year. Pat and James Armstrong both helped me decide which set made most sense for my yard, slope, and situation. I never once felt like they were up-selling me. In fact they convinced me to buy the Sunshine Castle Pkg I when I was ready to buy a set 2 "levels up". They were quick and awesome. I inquire on a Thursday and install the following Tuesday when first half payment done on Monday. They put a rush on our order. I wasn’t sure bc our son has Autism but if so that is very awesome. I highly recommend them.

This company is top notch! They are incredibly friendly & accommodating, and installed our set quickly & well despite a sloped yard. I would highly recommend Rainbow of the Heartland. The kids LOVE their new swingset!!

We came today for the first time. Both my kids loved all the play sets and the trampoline. Today was my daughters birthday and she wanted to play at the park so this was the perfect indoor park. We will definitely be back to play again. My only suggestion would maybe put up coat hooks to the left when you walk in. We just left ours on a bench but there was only one other group there. I could see if there were lots of families it could get crazy coats everywhere
