Kids have usually enjoy this place, however we were there recently and it was chaos. They dont monitor the numbers of kids that come in. They have no division of age groups so all the kids from all ages play together. Both my kids (18mo and 3) got injured and knocked around by older kids which caused me to leave. The bathrooms smelled awful. There is no designated place for people to put coats and carseats so everything just gets piled up in one place. I'm also really upset that they are raising prices for what it is.
My experience while letting my kids play has been great. The girls have had a lot of fun anytime they're there. However when rehabbing a play set I own, things fell apart on Rainbow's end. It took almost 2 full months to get the final piece I had ordered in August. I had thought about ordering new trapeze bar as mine is gross looking, but how long would I have to wait? 2 months, 3 months, longer since winter is probably off season for them? Think twice before you decide to invest in one of these play sets. We purchased a play set and had it installed in July. By mid-August, there were huge cracks in the main beams, peeling and fading of the wood, rusting of the swing brackets, and mold growing in multiple places (play set is not in the shade). We have been before to play and have loved it! This morning we came for my son's birthday and waited until 10:23 a.m., no one's there, place is dark, door is locked. 3 other vans came and went as well. Disappointed!
