Brian was great at showing me what was wrong with my water. I thought my water had a lot of iron in it, it did not. He gave me options for solving my water issues without being pushy to get the most expensive option. Dan was very friendly while installing the system i chose. He explained everything i needed to know and was very helpful with questions i had. Rainsoft has a very friendly team of employees.
Brandon did a great job explaining the test he performed on our water. We knew that we had rust, but we never imagined it was the least of our trouble! Brandon is very knowledgeable in his work and you can see the passion he has to help family's not only save money on detergents but the concern he has for the safety of family members and even our pets!
