We had service technician Dale come to our house. He was very professional and gave a great demo. Very enlightening to see what's really in our water.
Just had a water softener system, reverse osmosis system, and a UV system installed. First I would like to comment on how impressed we were with the installer Jerrad. He was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and very meticulous with all of his work. There was a few problems with the final contract concerning the financing but between the sale representative and the owner of the company they looked into it all very quickly as soon as the issue was addressed and immediately fixed the issue. Dale was so genuinely concerned for our health and safety. He was accommodating and empathetic to our specific needs.
Opened my eyes to what is in "good, safe" water sent from the water treatment plant. Wow! I highly recommend having your water tested. Best investment I've made not only for safer drinking water but also for protecting my dishwasher, ice maker, washer and shower heads from hard water damage. Everyone I dealt with from this company were outstanding in every way. I highly recommend this company and their products.
The first person we talked to was Kim on 3-28-16 & she told up what they would do with no obligation for free & than Branden came on 3-29 & showed us demo of what they could do for us because our water smelled bad & he explained it very well & there was no hard sell but when we could not smell any odors & the taste was good we ordered it & the next day 3-30 Jason came & install it & explained every thing he was doing & every thing looks good & works Good. I would say all 3 of them are top notch.
