Brandon and Renee came to our home to test our water and to educate us on your products. They were very well informed, friendly and not a hard sell, which we appreciated. We purchased the full home system and the laundry unit as well. Have to admit after they showed us what was in our water, we are excited to have these units installed. Brittney in the office was also fast and efficient. We recommend them to anyone who is looking to improve the water quality in their home.
Your technician, Brandon, came out yesterday and we purchased the house unit. We had it installed today by Brian and we couldn't be happier with the taste of our water! This system is great. The quality of water after the softener and the reverse osmosis is unbelievable. It' tastes better than any well or bottle water I have ever had. Everything was well explained on how it works. And was installed in about 2 weeks. Installer did a great job. Thank you so much RainSoft
We had a technician come out to test our water on saturday, Brian the technician and water tester was very helpful with all our questions. He was witty and respectful as he walked us through the process of the water test. We are excited to jave great information on our tap water test, as well as giving us great information on a water system. Brandon confirmed my suspicions about the quality of my water here in Waterford. Because water does not rank very high on my priority list, I am not upgrading my water system at this time. I did appreciate the test results provided by the free testing from Rainsoft Of Northern Michigan. Brandon is as good a representative of the company as you will find.
