I would absolutely recommend RainSoft to everyone. Very professional from the gentleman that came out and tested our water to the 2 gentleman (Dan and Chase) that installed our system. They were not pushy at all, very personable, knowledgeable and quick. Very happy and satisfied with the service and products we received.
I would 100% recommend this company. They are true professionals. The RainSoft technician came to my home, evaluated the water and old equipment installed, and made recommendations on different ways that we could solve the water issues we were experiencing. We formulated a plan, and 48 hours later the equipment was installed. The installation was fast, and cleanly done. A++ service.
They were amazing and very helpful and once we found out just how gross our water was. They worked to squeeze us in so we didn’t have to go without safe drinking water. Highly recommend!

The service was off the chain as the young people would say I appreciated everything that he’s done he was very efficient he explained everything very well each property of what he was trying to do with the water what the water contained that we want it to get rid of and how we want the water to taste thank you very much

We are having a funky smell in our water and did a test at Home Depot. They sent us to RainSoft to have a professional come out and check our water. Mikkie was very personable on the phone while still being professional. Nathan was sent to our house, he was also very personable, friendly and still professional.
