The rep you sent out was great however there was some mix up between what numbers I was told on the phone and what they actually were I don’t know if that’s a sales thing to try to scare people about their water but I found it very off putting but the sales person was awesome
They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. From the water testing to installation. Professional and spent time to make sure we understood our equipment and how it works!! The difference in the water is amazing!!!
Kellie was a great person she knew what she was talking about and I got to watch her do all my water testing...it was pretty neat thanks for everything.

The salesman Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He figured out why my water was so salty and smelling . The two gentlemen that came to install where so professional. One was I think in training and the experienced gentleman was so great at explaining what to do and why to do it . It was interesting to listen too. My water is so great tasting and no smell. I would recommend Rain Soft of Northern Michigan to everyone.
