I dealt with Todd Fee after responding to an internet special. Pretty much everything was as-advertised. (I was disappointed that I "had" to purcahse the GPS add-on for 699.00.) They were very professional and straight.
Although I did not buy a car from Nissan of Auburn, Theresa gave me some good quotes on a new pathfinder via email without trying to first get me in the building. She was not pushy, but was patient and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Because of convenience and inventory, I went with Campbell Nelson Nissan (which I also liked). I Love my new Pathfinder!
I bought a Nissan rouge in a different city. I ended up having a lot of trouble with it. I took it to Rairdon's dealership. They did everything and more to help me out. I have the best running vehicle ever. I go there for everything.
Overall great experience! Todd was very patient and worked hard to ensure all my questions and needs were met. Even though Auburn is a bit of a drive from Seattle, I will continue to service my car here. Well worth the drive for the customer service!
