I have been in need of a new car for some time now. I was very skeptical to start shopping around and was very displeased with most dealerships I went to. After being injured in an auto accident, where my car was totaled, Stanley was the first on line auto salesman I dealt with from Spokane, WA. The dealership is a certified USAA dealer. Good customer service and friendly salesperson. I was just driving by and window shopping, ended up buying a 2011 Nissan versa. Told the salesperson Richard Samuels I have just moved here from out of state, Not so great a credit and with a new job, they were able to get me into a new car. I called in because I had some questions about a Leaf that I had ordered elsewhere. Marco not only answered them and invited me in to test drive one that was available. The experience was so amazing that I cancelled my order and bought the one I test drove. Car buying should always be like this!
We were treated with the utmost respect. We appreciate the friendliness of the salespersons when we came in to dealership. Jay and Richard worked with us and was very accommodating in finding a truck to fit our needs. We bought a Nissan Titan 4X Pro. Its a beautiful truck, very spacious, very comfortable to ride it. I knew what I was looking for when I stepped on the lot and michael was very helpful in making sure both parties left happy and I didn't feel rushed. He was the only one out of the 17 dealerships I went to that took me serious considering my age and amount of money.
So far i have bought 2 cars from Stanley !!! and every time i can expect the same great service . I have a long standing relationship with him and his manager Robin Mairs and will never buy a car from anyone else.
