Love dr. Shearer!
Always good experience, knowledgeable staff.
Dr. Shearer explained my procedures throughly, answered all of my questions, and eased my anxiety with her calm, reassuring demeanor. She is a very caring and compassionate provider, and I look forward to seeing her again in the future!
Dr. Shearer’s assistant (young, dark hair) was not very friendly or helpful. Additionally, the music in the waiting room was loud and overall, not a peaceful environment. Dr. Shearer is the only reason I will be back.
Courtney and her laser treatments are awesome. She is customer focused, listens to her patients, cares about patient's comfort and is results oriented. I highly recommend her and Skin & Cosmetic Solutions. Vicky
