The team at Plastic Surgery of the Carolinas is amazing! I recently, went there for a breast augmentation surgery. They started with a consultation with Dr. Kalus, who thoroughly went over and explained the entire procedure so there were no surprises. Neck and lower facelift I would highly recommend Dr. Kalus without any reservations. An individual in the medical community who had witnessed his work firsthand had recommended Dr. Kalus to me and I can now understand why. He is a meticulous and skilled surgeon and a true professional. I look and feel so much better without having that awful "plastic surgery appearance". I couldn't be happier with the results.
My experience with Dr Kalus has been nothing short of awesome! You can tell he REALLY cares! His staff is awesome as well. I tried a Dr in Columbia ( I should have just driven to Charleston in the beginning) and was left with bad results. Dr Kalus not only corrected the bad results -he left me looking better than I could have imagined! HE gave the results I was looking for! They always see you if you need to be seen. He is by far the VERY BEST!
Dr. Kalus is, in my opinion, one of the finest plastic surgeons in SC. He took extra measures to understand what I wanted and gave me the best natural looking results I could have ever hoped for. I am beyond pleased with the quality and recommend him without reservation.
I feel the need to leave this review as he has such a great reputation. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I was excited to see this doctor. He had helped many of my friends in the past and his examples are amazing. I got to the appointment and he offered to move my surgery up to the next week. Upon waking up I realized how small my breadt were and I bursted into tears. I wasn’t realized due to my prescription not being written by Dr. Kalus. I waited an hour for his return. I told him about my dissatisfaction, he told me that no one has ever not like his work and he would redo them at no cost, I would only have to pay for Anesthesia. I visited him in Charleston to discuss my disappointment. He told me he’s the best. I started to cry. He asked if my life was okay. He charged me $8,000.
