Botched Breast Reduction Beautifully Resolved - Mount Pleasant, SC Dr. Kalus had to do revisional surgery on a really poor breast "reduction" from a year ago. He did a beautiful job and I am now a perfect 36C without implants. The awful scars from the first Dr. are gone too! 35 Year Old, 5'2" 96 lbs, BA 175-215 cc's I'll start by saying that I have less than 36 hours now before my BA and not until today did I plan on writing a review. I Was Better Before Surgery - Columbia, SC Every time I look in the mirror I get angry. People can't believe I had a breast augmentation because they are so small. I'm asked frequently "why did you get them so small".. Extremely upsetting. Dr. kalus is arrogant and cocky. He didn't even keep his promise of fixing his work. I woke up from the procedure crying. He returned to give me my prescription and seen I was crying. He said within a year if I didn't like them he would redo his work. And charge me just the anesthesia.
