The experience was hectic but Rami did a great on explaning the process. And for being available when needed.
Rami started out great. Based on credit report he knew there was a HELOC loan currently. Told us we would have funds in one week. 3 weeks later had the funds. When we told him he needed to be straight forward on the turn time, he was very rude in his response. Won't use him again.
