Worst living experience ever Me and my husband have lived here 3 years. Ive rented over 5 different apartments and this is the worst living experience we both have ever had. Place is not kept up, office never answers the phone, and it will take months if u have any repairs.

Verified Renter Getting charged for pest control and there’s mice issues as well as humidity on premises and mold on the ceiling. I Understand when there times to schedule but it takes too long.

Verified Renter Very hard to get in contact with anyone at office and phone messages are never returned. You have to call another apartment complex if you need to speak to anyone and it takes days for anyone to return your call.

Verified Renter Slow maintenance, not very many amenities if any at all. Very high water bills. Decent management. It used to be very good, untill new management came in.

Verified Renter Office staff is rude. No on call maintenance. Pool is always closed. Can’t retain maintenance employees. Good community but horrible place to live because of staff and maintenance issues.

Verified Renter They increase your rent every year and refuse to update your outdated appliances. No one is ever at the front office and maintenance does a crappy job.

Verified Renter Everything is good for most part but, I just wish there was more effort here like landlords put so much effort at sierra apartments. We don’t have anyone at the office. The pool was closed mostly all summer. There is no park.
