I would say it is more between great and just ok. I had to wait, sometimes, a few days for clarification or had to call a few times. I did deal with his assitance a fair amount and a few other representatives. Randy and his assistance were good in dealing with my issues, but the other reps I would have rated as poor, i.e. No returned emails or phone calls in dealing with clarification on what they needed for important documents to finalize closing and extra needs.
