Dr. Diaz and the staff were so professional, caring and kind. They knew how anxious I was about getting my molar pulled and they immediately put me at ease. He gave me nitrous oxide and let me know when he was numbing the gums. I highly recommend them. They answered all my questions. Experiencing this, I will not go anywhere else.
After 10+ years of avoiding this procedure due to irrational and long standing fear of dentistry, I was put at ease by Dr. Diaz immediately during our initial consultation. Although I was still plotting my escape when I sat in the chair on the day of my apicoectomy, his positive and supportive manner of explaining everything again eased my anxiety enough to feel secure and confident that I would be fine. Dr. Díaz was very patient, professional, and thorough in my dental surgery. I have a lot of anxiety with dental care and he was very calming and thorough with his explaining. His staff is excellent also. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Plansky is extremely professional, empathetic, and gives patients choice (with recommendations) in treatment plan. You might have to wait for appointments, however it is well worth it! Dr. Plansky placed an implant within fifteen minutes, and encouragingly walked me through procedure. There was no pain, during nor post-op! Her assistant was kind and made sure I was comfortable.
