Dr. Diaz and the staff were so professional, caring and kind. They knew how anxious I was about getting my molar pulled and they immediately put me at ease. He gave me nitrous oxide and let me know when he was numbing the gums. I highly recommend them. They answered all my questions. Experiencing this, I will not go anywhere else.
After 10+ years of avoiding this procedure due to irrational and long standing fear of dentistry, I was put at ease by Dr. Diaz immediately during our initial consultation. Although I was still plotting my escape when I sat in the chair on the day of my apicoectomy, his positive and supportive manner of explaining everything again eased my anxiety enough to feel secure and confident that I would be fine.
