Recommend reformatting the Estimated Closing Cost Worksheet Form. Overall, the form is difficult for non real estate experts to make sense of in terms of: 1) how the numbers add up, 2) where the numerical value come from, and 3) the purpose of the cost. While it is understood that the values can change between each given form, what does not make sense is when a value is on one form but is nowhere to be found on another. Limited consistency at best.
