We have used Randy DeMille on several of our closings over the course of many years. He has always been and continues to be extremely knowledgeable and responsive.
We had a not exactly standard mortgage but we were walked through the process step by step. We felt like they were on our side.
Randy was efficient and thorough and communicated with us every step of the way.
Randy is the best! He communicated with my attorney to make sure everything was in order for closing. I would not consider using anyone else for my mortgage needs. From beginning to end he communicated with me and was patient in explaining what I needed to know about the process and answering my questions. I feel confident that he looks out for my best interest. In addition underwriting did a great job communicating with me via email and phone.
