The team was very professional and seemed genuinely interested in me as a client. I did not feel like just another person that money could be obtained from, but like Randy and the team cared. During the process of looking for a house, during the purchasing stage, and even after I have been contacted several times with updates or just to ask how things were. Good Job!
Leader one handled my mortgage in a timely fashion, but I felt that the communication was poor. This was my first time as a home buyer, which I made clear, and very little was explained. I got lots of emails that didn't answer my questions, but had a hard time getting my mortgage representative on the phone. I would probably look for a referral to another company for my next home purchase.
Randy has refinanced our house twice. He has secured home loans for a home we had built. He has also helped my son purchase two rental homes and a fixer upper he now lives in. Randy was always easy to work with and informed us of any problems along the way. He is thorough in his loan processing. Randy is a man of integrity and you can trust him to do a great job and answer any questions you might have. If and when I buy another house I will certainly choose him!
I was very nervous about going through the refinance process. The staff communicated frequently throughout the whole process and helped me through every step. They were very nice and pleasant to work with.
My experience with LeaderOne was great. They kept me inform what was happening and answer all my questions. All employees treated me well and answer questions. I would refer others to use them as financial lender.
