I had a great experience with Leader One and Randy Emery for a refi on my home. My original loan was through HSBC, they were extremely unethical and uncooperative, and Randy and the team worked consistently through the many hurdles HSBC threw their way, and successfully worked out a very good loan for me. I will do business with them again, Jennifer Swisher

overall loan sanctioning and documents processing was very good, but after getting all documentation completion, no response to further queries/ clarity of loan repayment system, except voucher to make payment without any info to whom that payment to be addressed,

They made several mistakes along the way. The deal almost collapsed, if not for my agent correcting LeaderOnes condo evaluation company's mistakes. They are very professional, but they forgot important information that made me scramble at the 11th hour.

My number one concern going into the loan process was the sheer amount of paperwork needed. I expressed this at the onset of the process. It felt like much of my privacy was being invaded. I knew that we would have to wait 45 days to close, but I sure didn't expect at the last minute to have to continue to prove we were worthy, upstanding candidates for the loan. Given this experience, next time I may just chose to pay cash for my home.

I used this company recommended from my realtor. However, there were bumps in the road along the way from not locking in a rate on time, asking me to find information only they would know how to get and final paperwork having mistakes. All that to say ALL the people working there were GREAT and resolved things quickly.
