"Services department" I always gotten good services , the people are nice and helpful. I love that they give veterans a discount. I bought my honda in January of this year I work with Curtis Trapp and Mr. Larry plus K.J. They are a great team.
"Customer care" They are very attentive at Gerry Wood Honda when it comes to service or sales. I have bought several vehicles and my son also. We are repeating customers and will continue God willing.
"From the front door to the back door" When I walked on the lot in Dec. I really wasn’t certain what I wanted in a new car. After driving several and discussing all the options I decided a Honda Pilot would meet all my needs. Joseph and I were honest with each other from day one until I signed a contact. I have recommended him to numerous friend and potential customers. When I decide to trade for a newer Pilot I will go back to Joseph and the dealership. I’m one very satisfied customer. I bought the car I truly wanted.!😊😊
"Service Department" My visits to the service department are always handled with professionalism and courtesy. The courtesy shuttle makes leaving your vehicle for extended service is very convenient!
"sservice department" Have bought Hondas and have them serviced at Gerry Wood since 2011. Always pleased. Was helped by Jade cheerfully in the service dept. today, also greeted warmly by Lisa Merritt.
"DIFFICULT CUSTOMER" I was and am extremely pleased with the service I received from the staff at Gerry Wood Honda. Jordan M. was a big help and I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle that I didn't want. Aaron has also been very helpful.
"great experience" Very professional group of people to work with. Sales person was great, also the finance person. No hassle dealership. Excellent sales person. I wii definitely go back In the future.
