"Patient explanations to questions " Jessica Linville, Service Advisor, has consistently been patient whenever I have questions concerning service for my Odyssey. Most of the service has dealt with oil changes and other recommended periodic service, but Jessica has always worked hard to explain recommendations and options in a full and clear manner. I never feel rushed or “talked down to”
"Outstanding positive" Mr. McFadden was very knowledgeable about the products that he represents. He asked us what we wanted in a new car first, then he explained what models of Hondas had these features and allowed us to purchase the car of our choice without any pressure. It was a pleasure to deal with Mr. McFadden. We made a new friend who also will allow use to select and purchase a auto of our choice. "Excellent service" Sea is always so pleasant! She always greets me by name even if she isnt helping me directly. Sea makes the service process easy! She takes the time to explain everything that you may need done outside of routine maintenance. To sum up my visit with one word I would say AWESOME!
"Maintenance/ service" Jess and Sea are awesome! I have two different Honda’s that I have routine maintenance on and I trust them very much! They know me by name when i come in and know what I need, they don’t try to do unnecessary work and let me know when Honda suggests a maintenance before I get there so it’s not unexpected. I commute so I visit them every two to three months. I will always have my service done at this location.
"New (to me) Honda Accord" I have known Curtis for many years but have never bought a car because of one issue or another; mine not his. I recently had need to buy a car for my job and had stopped on a previous occasion a week or 2 ago and talked with Curtis and Preston. There wasn't anything on the lot at that time but when I went back this past Saturday - I gave Preston a price, mileage, year and gas mileage I needed and within 2 hours I was riding out the door in my new 2014 Honda Accord. The mechanics were very honest. I had lost an envelope of money behind my glove compartment and when they changed my filter they found it and turned it in. All of the employees were very nice and professional.
