Roy at Guaranteed Rate was absolutely phenomenal. I've known Roy for approximately 10 years and worked with him on two REFI's and one home sale. Because of him and his team's professionalism each transaction went smoothly and timely. I was a little worried when COVID-19 hit but we closed in a timely manner at a great interest rate.
