Bob, was a great person to work with. My fiance' and I were first time home-buyers and really had no idea what were getting into. Bob, made things happen fast and effectively. My introduction to Tracy was by a referral. I needed to close the sale of my home in 30 days to close on my new one at the same time. Tracy got me the loan when a banker had told me it would take two months. I returned to Tracy when I wanted to refinance my loan. He got me the loan, but didn't lock the rate in. He knew the banks were slow to adjust to the Feds dropping the interest rate. Weeks later when the banks made the adjustment he locked me in and saved me a bundle. I have given his name to friends who need loans.

Have you ever heard of a 12 day escrow? That is what Kelly was able to do for us! Kelly was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. It was as if she was working on our loan and our loan only the entire 12 days. I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of her services.

We have had the pleasure to work with Petya several times, the most stressful was the sale and purchase of a new home during Covid-19, as a self employed couple. Every day was faced with new challenges, as Covid-19 made the lending and real estate market extremely fluid for changes. Petya and her staff stayed by your side, I always was informed, never did i have to reach out and ask status - they made an extremely challenging environment easier to navigate. Highly recommend.

Jason helped my fiance and I buy our first house. We were new to this process and Jason and Will were extremely helpful and walked us through the situation and helped explain each step along the way.
