Paul was very responsible and reachable whenever we needed him either via email or phone. He also checked with us from time to time while we were waiting for closing. Closing completed without any issues.
Tom and his team were the agents for when I purchased and for a previous refi as well. Each time they were all fantastic, especially now when the world is upside down. They got me everything I needed and made the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Everyone on his team got back to me right away if I had questions. This is the third time I've worked them and it was great each time.
Tracy was awesome! She explained everything and answered all of my questions clearly. She was always available to talk on weekends and weeknights too! Will use again!
