Petya was awesome from the very start. She walked my husband and I through the entire process, as this was our first home purchase. We used the VA loan, which can be tricky at times and she made it very simple every step of the way. Had the seller and his agent been more cooperative, we would have likely closed even sooner, because she was ready to close escrow at day 17.
