We purchased our previous home 13 years ago and did not remember any of the steps in applying for a mortgage and closing on a house. Mike was extremely helpful and able to answer any questions that we had in a timely manner. He uses multiple platforms to communicate (text, phone, and email), and we found this flexibility very conducive to being able to reach to him under various circumstances (work, home, running errands, etc.). We chose Tim as our Mortgage lender based on the reviews from one of my coworkers. The reason we liked Tim was because he was upfront and detailed with us (first time homebuyers) throughout the entire process of getting the loan(i.e. the hows, the wheres, and the whys). Carmelo is very knowledgeable and works extremely hard to make sure everything goes smooth. I don't think he sleeps so that he can be available to answer questions in a timely fashion and keep the process moving as quickly as possible.
