As first time home buyers, working with Tim was the best way to go! Mike Fagan and his team were highly professioal and amazingly efficient in helping to secure our mortgage at an interest rate that was lower than initially expected. I talked to five other potential lenders and none of them were as good as Mike in the terms of the loan. I highly recommend Mike and believe you will be very pleased with his and his team’s service.
