After a horrible refinancing deal several years back with another bank, I was apprehensive about the mortgage process for my new home. It went so smoothly I was in disbelief. Kelly is extremely hard working. Always looks out for you. Always answers the phone. She doesn't pressure you to make decisions. Even before I was ready to buy a house, I asked her questions and she was fantastic. I will not switch to another Lender because Kelly took great care of my fiance and I. Customer service is great. She will go above and beyond to make sure your in good hands.
