Ryan’s reputation speaks for itself. Exceptional service, great communication and I never once had to pick up my phone to receive an update. They made the process simple and their team dynamic was very impressive. I’ve closed numerous homes and his team is by far the best I have ever worked with. Since the interest rates were lower, I was looking to refianace my current mortgage to a lower rate. I contacted Jason at Guaranteed Rate. The process was very easy for me, any questions I had, Jason was always available to answer them. I live out of state, so the process to download files and send directly made the process easier. The enitre process was like 3 weeks and seamless. Even after the closing I had to contact Jason with a question, he was available and took care of me.

Reached out to jon out of chance. Didnt think I would save money but wanted to see what was out there. After working with jon for less than a month, i refinanced my home. Jon helped me to get rid of my second FHA mortgage and get me at a lower rate than my main mortgage. Overall saving me almost 200$ from my total payments! He is very knowledgeable and will try to get the best deal out there.

The Leander was easy to work with .... all I had to do was forward my information and they did the rest...... My son plan on purchasing a home and no doubt he will use the same Leander. We were please with the house and the friend we meet. Our real estate guy was awesome could not have ask for more.....and he guided us to the Leander. This will be our 2nd house but our children use them as well. Mike and his team were pleasant, professional, and responsive throughout our process. Even the follow-up to check in after closing was above and beyond. I will not hesitate to send all friends and family to them, and will feel comfortable knowing they'll be in good hands.
