I was referred to Dave by my agent after working for months with two previous big name lenders, and one of them a known national bank who turned me down even though I have a good paying job and good credit rating. The assigned bank agent only spoke with me a couple of times when I contacted her. Ania was recommended to me by a Sales Agent. I have been through the process of financing for a home 6 times in the past 14 years. Patrick was very friendly and helpful through the whole lending process. It was my first time buying a home, and he gladly took the time to explain all of the steps of the process to me. He was also easy to contact, and got things done in an efficient manner.

Vincent and Kimberley were both great to work with. My realtor referred me to Vincent after a long and horrible experience with another lender. I had been working with them for two months and still did not have a scheduled closing date. Vincent and Kimberley had me closing within 8 days of taking my application, with the interest rate discussed and expected. Out of a five star rating, I would give them a 6! This is my first investment property, however I plan to work with Vincent again on the next one. Thanks again!
