Being a first time homebuyer I didn't know what to expect when purchasing my first house. Dave made the process very easy and explained all in the ins and outs. Anytime I had questions he would be there to answer my emails or phone calls even during his out of office hours. We relocated and did most of our mortgage work over the phone and Internet. David Bunk was always on top of things and kept things moving, even though there were hold ups.
