I've shopped around and couldn't find a lower rate, on top of that they walk you thru the entire process with quick responses to any questions you might have, I have recently endeavor in investment properties and have used Guaranteed Rate for 2 different properties and one refinance and highly recommend taking advantage of their low rates and outstanding service.

Mark was able to educate me through all steps of the lending process. His approach to working with clients is unparalleled. There are so many choices to make and Mark was able to guide me through all aspects of the process, explaining all the unknowns throughout the way. He was in constant contact and very available to field the litany of questions I had for him. I can't recommend Mark strongly enough. If you're beginning your home buying journey, talk to Mark. It’s my second mortgage with guaranteed rate and both times I experienced top notch knowledge and great customer service. Everybody is super prompt and I never once felt like I had to track anybody down for questions or answers.
