I had an excellent experience working with Jeff and his team. I recently purchased my first home and had limited knowledge of the process as a whole. Lesley was AMAZING. This was my first time buying a home and there were a lot of special requirements I needed to secure a loan. Lesley went above and beyond to make sure my loan got processed the way I needed it in time for my closing to be completed. She was always available via email, phone, and text and answered every question I had (which were a lot). Mr. Underwood is in a category of his own! There are good lenders, there are great lenders, and then there is Mr. Underwood and his team! They are the absolute best. Mr. Underwood offered us the best interest rates, the best lending program, the fastest closing (11 working days) and the best customer service. We don't have enough good words to say about him! We are so thankful to Mr. Underwood and his amazing team.

Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with. As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn about the mortgage process.
