I had got Nicole's reference through a friend of mine, during my second refinance process. The first refinance process was through my bank was frankly not that great - longer, higher rate, higher closing costs. I did get my bank going again and they were slower due to amount of volume of applications, and Nicole and her team jumped on it faster, gave me a better rate than my bank, along with lower closing cost options. Tom is incredibly responsive and helpful. He is always available, no matter the time of day (or night), he patiently and clearly explains everything, and he always gets the best rate and terms (I have used him on several purchase and refinancing occasions). I would not consider anybody else the next time I am buying or refinancing, or recommending a lender to a friend or relative!
