We worked with Dan for our mortgage approval process and he was great. He walked us through the process and was very helpful in explaining how everything worked. He was also quick to repsond when it came time to get us our preapproval letter. He’s an all around nice guy and helped make our homebuying process go smoothly.

Barb helped me with my home purchase as a first time home buyer in her previous company and again with Guarenteed Rate. She is extremely patient with my million questions and answers them well.
