We were on a very frustrating journey in purchasing a newly constructed home. After a disappointing let down from another mortgage company, we were connected to Martin. Once we were connected, within two months we have now moved in. It was a smooth process in terms of communication/explanations. Mortgage process isn't easy as there are so many documents/signatures needed, however, Martin made it as easy as it can be. He definitely made impossible very possible!

Ravi was absolutely amazing during the entire process. He has a wealth of knowledge and is willing to share. He always answered my text messages within a matter of minutes even if it was after hours. His communication skills are were fantastic and I am glad I had the pleasure to work with him. I have had so much communication with Ravi during the process, I feel like he is a friend. If I could give him 10 stars I would! I will never buy another house with anyone else.

Mike and his team were wonderful throughout the entire home buting process. They were always available to answer questions or walk you through the confusing parts about buying a home. They had our best intrests at heart and would keep us updated on intrest rates etc. Mike would even call just to check in an see if we needed anything else. The entire process was pleasant and seamless, I would 100% work with them in the future.

Justin and his team were excellent. Every time I called with a question, no matter how trivial, they were responsive and polite. I was the buyer, the seller asked for a quick closing and Justin accommodated. It appeared that the Fed was going to lower rates, he gave his advice and was able to lower the final rate. Justin is first rate and I highly recommend using his services.
