This is by far the easiest loan process I’ve ever gone through, I closed on a new condo and refinanced another. Jake and his team made it so easy and seamless and all done within 30 days! I will defiantly use him again and highly recommend him to others
The process was easy and they helped me all the way. Team was very nice and followed up with needed requirements. The only thing that was missed in my case was the amount of down payment. I was asking for 25% but at the end it was only 20%.

Petya is a great mortgage lender. She had advised me on the right step to take while pursuing a refinance and today because I followed her advise I will be saving several thousand dollars - When I was about to refinance a 30 year loan she had advised me to take a 20 year loan so I can increase my monthly principal payments and thus save great money. With the 20 year loan I also got the lowest interest rate that no lender was able to match. Will definitely use Petya's services when I pursue future loans.
