My wife and I worked with Kamna to refinance our home we had purchased a few years earlier. Dom was a true partner and ally. He made himself available to walk me through my questions and educate me on all options. Our in person sessions were truly productive and he was equally effective during our phone calls. He kept me in the know when it came to the fluctuating interest rates during the time we were working together. We ended up with an excellent rate thanks largely in part to him empowering me with the timely information that allowed us to make the best educated decisions.

We've worked with Sung twice - once for the initial financing and this time for a refinance - and both times were great. The refinancing was quick and didn't require much work, and the end result will save us quite a bit of money!

Mr. RICHARD has worked with my wife and I in the past closing my initial loan in 2018. He support the headaches with my builders and acted on behalf of my realtor on several occasions! By far a standup gentlemen with worlds of knowledge. Tom and Guaranteed Rate were Great! I found the whole process to be very convenient and their use of technology was efficient. I was able to submit everything needed for the loan application via email and signed my documents electronically using the secured service of DocuSign. I was able to track the application step by step using the online tool and the closing was done at my home. I highly recommend using Tom Lavallee if you want the process to be painless.
