Tom and Guaranteed Rate were Great! I found the whole process to be very convenient and their use of technology was efficient. I was able to submit everything needed for the loan application via email and signed my documents electronically using the secured service of DocuSign. I was able to track the application step by step using the online tool and the closing was done at my home. I highly recommend using Tom Lavallee if you want the process to be painless. Ravi was extremely easy to work with and kept me up to date on the process the whole time. Being a first time home buyer I did not know what to expect, but he made it seems easy. I would recommend him to anyone I know buying a property.
