Shelly is the best! Her and her team made the process really simple. I cannot stress that enough. Shellys effort, consistent communication in-between searches, during close, and availability was unmatched. The rest (as in, dealing with traditional banks and their system) was mediocre. IF IT WAS NOT FOR SHELLY AND HER HARD WORK - I would have went with private lenders.
