I always thought the loan application process as daunting and stressful. Gardner was the complete opposite he and his team kept constant communication and kept me abreast on what stage my loan was at and what to expect next. The process was smooth and painless. I was able to close quickly on my loan and I can't say enough about professionalism of Gardner and his team. Lastly, Garnder was able to get me a lower rate on my loan at the end.
