I've used Sam to purchase two investment properties now, one with FHA and one with conventional financing. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and has a pretty large team that makes transactions very smooth. I've gone back to Sam for a second time because his team can get it done and at the end of the day getting to closing is the most important thing I look for in a lender. Thanks for the help Sam

I have worked with Mike several times over the last few years, on possible purchases and refi's. He has always been responsive, knowledgeable and very practical. For instance, we were refinancing and Mike's recommendation was to stay with my current lender rather than refi through him - how many lenders would give you advice that costs themselves your business?
